St. Matthew’s Publishing Corporation was founded in 1989 by the late Vicente C. Catabijan, Jr., who subsequently passed ownership to his eldest son, Raymund S. Catabijan, and to the latter’s wife, Isabel Diaz-Catabijan, in 1994.
